How is this different from a course or group program?

How much of my time does this take?

Your normal publishing rhythm plus implementing between calls. If you can publish once a week and post Notes a few times a week, you have enough.

My Substack is small. Is it too early?

If you're publishing consistently, no. Small and consistent is exactly where the audit does the most damage, in the good way. If you haven't started yet, begin with the membership and come back.

Will you write my newsletter for me?

No. Ghostwriting agencies charge $2,000 to $5,000 a month to run this machine for you, forever. I teach you to run it yourself, and you keep the skill.
