How I live it

My business runs on two hours a day

AI does the work nobody sees. I do the part people came for.

I have a master's degree in AI, and I use it every day for the parts of my business you never see: the landing pages, the payments, the emails, the posting. The parts you do see, my words and my voice, stay mine.

That is how my business got down to about two hours a day, and how my life turned into the one I used to dream about. The 2027 Creator is that same setup, built on your business.

The Home Base

Your business context system: folder structure, a business brief, your offers and audience written down where AI reads them, plus the starter skill library installed. Generic output is a context problem, and this is the week it stops.

17 November · 10am ET

The Brand System

A voice profile built from your own published writing, a brand file of phrases and banned words, and your never-automate list written down as a rule you keep. The week that keeps the business recognisably yours.

1 December · 10am ET

The Content Engine

One command to a draft in your voice plus the social package, with a humanizer pass built in as a non-negotiable step. You produce your next week of content inside the session.

8 December · 10am ET

The Sales System

One revenue asset live by the end of the session: a digital product defined, a landing page up, and an email sequence drafted and ready to send.

15 December · 10am ET

Agents and the Weekly Rhythm

At least one agent running on a schedule without you, your stack wired together with the trust rules that go with it, and the whole thing assembled into the operating week you take into 2027.

How it runs

Small group, live builds, your own business

Tuesdays, 10am ET

Ninety minutes, live, where we build the thing together. Every session is recorded, and there are office hours for the weeks you get stuck. That is 4pm for anyone in Central Europe.

Two to four hours a week

That is the whole commitment, session included. The build happens live, so there is no separate pile of homework waiting for you afterwards.

Answers within a day

A group thread where questions get answered inside 24 hours, because a broken automation on Tuesday should not cost you the week.

No code required

Claude Code is the backbone and you will use it from week one, in plain English. Nothing here assumes you have written software before.

Built on what you already have

Every build uses your business, your files and your offers. Nothing gets built on a pretend case study.

Show up to the sessions and do the builds, and if any of those three is missing on 15 December, I keep working with you one to one until it is there.

No refunds, deliberately. A refund gives you your money back and leaves you exactly where you started. I would rather finish the job.

Common questions

Solo business owners who already have something running: writers, coaches, consultants, freelancers. You have offers and an audience, and you are the bottleneck in delivering any of it. If you are still deciding what to sell, this is the wrong programme for you right now.

No. Claude Code is the backbone of the stack and you will use it from week one, but you drive it in plain English. We install it together in the first session.

That is the failure mode this cohort was built to avoid. The automation goes on the operations, the parts nobody sees. A whole session is spent building your voice profile and writing down what you will never hand over, and every other session ends by asking what stays human.

Every session is recorded, and office hours exist for catching up. The group thread answers questions within a day, so a missed Tuesday does not become a missed cohort.
